This part of the rehabilitation programme for discogenic low back pain is focusing on mobility and thereby improving ability during active daily living tasks, whilst reducing risk for reoccurrence of low back pain. Providing nothing has skewed your progress, you should now have the capacity to complete a minimum of a 20minutes and a maximum of 60minutes walking – this should be both challenging whilst remaining comfortable. If you do not believe you have this capacity yet, maybe look at improving the quality of your rest time? Until then remain on the previous programme until you are ready to progress to this one.

Thumb joint corrects foot pain! Seriously?
I know, crazy right? I must be mistaken? It has to be some kind of black magic? I'm pain-free because of some other factor? It must be psychosomatic? To be honest, I have heard it all now. What's important? My wrist is pain-free enabling me to get back to a normal life after 2 years of pain!
