Energy levels are much better throughout the day. I find that (not sure this is a good thing) I’m not as hungry now and needing to snack in between meals? I still do feel absolutely shattered at night which i suppose is the more natural way for your body? Im much calmer in the mornings round the kids at that suicide hour haha and less snappy and stressed but can have my anxious moments to. It’s been a while since I’ve felt the need to sit and shut my eyes through the day and I’m managing my classes fine with one or two sessions a week for me also. Joint pain is still there after a hard day in the evenings but I’m sure that’s age and wear and tear.

“Exhausted all Treatments. I had a muscle imbalance which I had tried to correct via numerous methods and treatments without success. I felt I needed a 1-1 assessment which would give me an accurate reading of my problems with a personal regime to counteract it, I was very hopeful with making the appointment. Throughout all the Assessments I was made to feel very relaxed, confirmation mainly of what I knew in relation to what my body was doing, but also a lot more explanation and detail. I got a complete analysis of what was happening, together with a personal exercise programme to isolate the problems and work directly on those areas.
