Wellness 360 has been evolving since 1991. Developed from working with individuals who have multifactorial health concerns whom need support from a professional who understands the complex integrated systems of the human body. In fact, we have thirteen different systems that all need to be in harmony with each other before we begin to feel well. It is the balance of these thirteen systems that are investigated and corrected in Wellness 360. Due to the very nature of Wellness 360, a 9-month working plan is needed to enable re-balancing of each of these systems whilst maintaining the best health possible for the individual. Wellness 360 is dictated by you and your goals.

What happens after 9 months?
This is very variable. Unfortunately I am unable to give this a definitive answer as it is a very individual outcome.
Will I be working with others?
No. Unless you have signed up for a two-person package. You are purchasing a nine-month package of Wellness 360 care with me, Jo Abbott.
Can I pay monthly
No. Unfortunately this has now been removed as an option due to the administration when following up payments.
How do I find out more?

How do I know you can fix me?
I can’t. I do not fix people. As a nutritionist, ex-athlete, personal trainer, and clinical biomechanist I can support you to feeling better and improving your wellness in multiple models of health and wellbeing.
How long does the programme last?
Nine months – and you are committed to the full term personally, emotionally, and financially. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes! I am not just working for you when you are in front of me.
Can I do this 9mth programme with a friend?
Yes. The Gold and Silver packages provide a reduced rate for two of you to share the experience. The science suggests committing to a new habit is far more successful when we share our experiences with a like-minded individual – so it’d be silly not to offer this too!
Are there any specific tests you recommend?
Possibly. I will not know until we begin to work together, I have completely dissected your medical records, learnt about your lifestyle, and made some preliminary assessments/tests. Preliminary tests/assessments are part of ALL the Wellness 360 packages.
What happens if we don't make any gains?
Even though this has never happened, that doesn’t mean to say it never will.
I shall ensure you are VERY specific with your needs and goals – these are our targets! If after 4 months we have made zero gains, then we shall discuss finalising the package and referring you on. You will be given a partial refund pro rata based on relative costs.
What is the most important aspect to these packages?

Pre-Appointment COVID-19 Questionnaire
Upon booking your appointment, within your confirmation booking email, you shall be given a link to a vital pre-appointment COVID-19 Relative Risk eForm. This need to be completed and sent back to me prior to arriving for your appointment. If you fail to complete this eForm prior to your appointment, you will be required (by law) to complete the eForm at your appointment taking up vital face-to-face screening and treatment time.
When you arrive
When you arrive for your appointment please park on the drive in front of the gate and remain in your car. I will come and collect you once the clinic has been thoroughly cleaned. I have allowed 30 minutes between appointments for this. You shall need to arrive at your appointment alone, this includes dogs but excludes medical dogs. If you are the parent of a child (under 18 years) and live in the same household you are both welcome to the appointment with the necessary PPE (Mask and gloves).
Before stepping out of your car
Please stay in your car, I shall come to your car to take your temperature through the window. The temperature gauge is a non-contact forehead gauge of which only I shall touch. Avoid having the heating on in your car or drinking a hot drink prior to your appointment as we may get a false-positive temperature test results which will lead to a decline of your appointment. If your temperature is raised, your appointment shall be cancelled and rescheduled for another day. Please do not bring unnecessary coats or bags into the clinic.
Your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Please make sure you have your own face mask and gloves and you are wearing both prior to stepping out of your vehicle for your appointment. You will need to wear your face mask throughout your appointment. The inability to socially distance during our appointments increases our risks and therefore the protocol needs to be adhered to to protect both of us and our families. Failure to wear your PPE (gloves and mask) will result in rescheduling your appointment. Legally, I am not be able to lend you any PPE.
Whilst in the Clinic
Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to consume any fluids or food whilst in the clinic environment. Not only is it a bit tricky when wearing a face mask (!) but it also increases risks. If your health means you need to consume food/drink regularly, we can pause your appointments for you to take rest-bites in the garden. This will ensure we remain focused on all aspects of your health during your appointments. Please try to ensure 2 meter distancing wherever possible. Fabric pillow cases will not be used, only wipe clean plastic covers. Disposable paper towel will cover the treatment couch, but no blankets or soft towels will be used. Where and when possible, windows, fans and door will be open to increase ventilation.
Payment and rebooking
When you are making your appointment with me, you shall be invoiced digitally for your session. Payment will need to be taken online to secure your booking. No cash or credit cards will be accepted at your appointment. Post your appointment we shall make the decision on when your next appointment will be needed. As from January 2021, I shall only be opening my private clinic two-days per week. This has been a conscious decision to limit the footfall to my clinic thus reducing the exposure rate for COVID-19 transmission.
