The ‘strategic‘ mentoring package is a combination of all three mentoring packages. Initially, Strategic planning supports your vision and mission statements by outlining the high-level plan to achieve both. Together we devise a strategy, defined by a set timeline, and meet all your needs.
Strategising needs to be dynamic providing the broad, long-term picture. We both have the time to remain open-minded whilst focusing on specific goals. All strategic plans now influence the development the ‘tactical’ mentoring.
Tactical mentoring involves planning actions needed to achieve short-term goals, generally within a year or less. They are much narrower in focus and can be broken down into bite sizes. These influence the ‘operational‘ mentoring providing clarity on the systems, equipment, patients/clients, policies, and processes available to you.
This mentoring package is not for the faint-hearted. Please don’t get me wrong, you will be working to your capacity and then I will support you to work that little bit harder. I will support you to find your ‘new’ you. I will thrive with you in all you achieve. You will make all of this possible by your own self-discipline and commitment to the programme of Gold Strategic Mentoring.
You have the option to work with up to two other colleagues within this mentoring package. If you decide to do this, as a team you shall need to coordinate the funding to ensure monthly instalments of this service are not interrupted.
Total mentoring hours each person needs to commit monthly: 12 hours (50% Jo Abbott/50% self-study)
