Firstly, a lab test review is for people who have had a lab test that Jo requested.  Or, secondly, had the lab test conducted independently and need support understanding the results.  Or, lastly, you may understand the results, but need support with profiling an actionable plan.

Because these findings are important to your goals, a report supports this session.  The cost of this session does not include the lab test(s).

Typically, the emphasis of the appointment is to address your imbalances that are contributing to your symptoms.

An example of a diagnostic consult are Stool Tests results.  However, often I start the process with healing the digestive system (mouth to anus!) – as this is the place where all nutrients are needed to break down and filter in to your body.  Poor digestive mechanics (yes, this is the gut too) causes poor breakdown of nutrients.  You could be taking Gold Standard supplements but not gaining the benefit from them due to poor digestive mechanics.

Your common Diagnostic Consultations from Lab results are;

  1. Stool Test
  2. Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO)
  3. NutrEval (FMV)
  4. Celiac Profile
  5. IgE Food Allergies
  6. Nutrient & Toxic Element Profile
  7. Fatty Acids Blood Test
  8. Methylation Panel
  9. Complete Hormones

You will receive a full report with easy to follow step-by-step process of what YOU need to do to improve your health.

If further appointments are required, most often between steps of the process, Follow-Up Appointments should be booked.
