This Module will enable you to identify specific areas of the body that need stretching; it is common to find you may need a stretch programme for one-side of your body and not the other. Maximise human performance and your time with this thorough programme of movement freedom.Although Static Flexibility is considered the better indicator of the relative tightness or laxity of a joint in terms of implications for injury potential, this Module shall be assessing dynamic flexibility. Dynamic Flexibility is a joint and muscle’s ability to move through a full range of motion during muscle contracture as this is needed not to restrict ROM needed for daily living, work or sporting activities.
